Join us for a hands-on fresh ricotta gnocchi class where guests will learn how to mix, shape and cut light, tender gnocchi from scratch. We’ll cover proper dough texture, rolling techniques, simple shaping methods, and tips for pairing gnocchi with seasonal sauces. This class is approachable, fun, and perfect for anyone who wants to build confidence making fresh pasta at home.
