Hands-On Italian Pasta Class~with Noodle Craft

Our 1st pasta class was such a huge success we decided to host a few more!
Join Chef Rick of Noodle Craft for an immersive pasta experience as you learn how to make Garganelli, a classic hand-rolled pasta from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy known for its ridges and ability to hold sauce beautifully.
Each participant will bring home about 1/2 lb of pasta, and sauces will be available for sale to pair with your freshly made authentic pasta creation.

All materials provided
No experience required
Perfect for food lovers or as a couple’s class!
Optional:
Pasta sauces and butters on hand for purchase.
